Artie Carden

I’m a white multiply-disabled and multiply-neurodivergent creative. I’m nonbinary and queer. My work is pretty much entirely around upcycling and reusing/using up old materials to avoid excess waste and make art from items I already own. 

I collected vintage film photographs (taken by my great grandparents, but also some taken by other family members) and turned them into political collage art pieces to give them a new life.
